Licensing Process
Obtaining a real estate license in your state of residence or other states in which you may have interest in doing business is not difficult, if you know what to expect, and can fulfill the requirements.
Register to begin the first of three steps towards becoming a REALTOR®; first, successfully complete the Kansas 30-hour course or Missouri 48-hour course in the Principles of Real Estate.
The second step is to pass both the state and national sections of the State Real Estate Exam, and the third is to successfully complete the 30-hour Practice Course (for Kansas) or 24-hour Practice Course (for Missouri).
